QUADRIX®
Precise control of air flow, temperature and humidity in a single atmosphere chamber provides constant consistency and reduces costs. The system allows high air volumes at a low flow rate. The result is an improved, smooth surface.
NAUTILUS™
The economical air circulation solution utilizes the heat from cement hydration and moisture from the fresh concrete. It combines the advantages of air circulation and heat recovery technology. This guarantees a continually uniform environment for curing.
THERMALCURE®
Accelerates the curing process using heat radiated from fin-tube pipes heated by a closed-loop hot water system. This is placed beneath the concrete surface or mould and produces the radiant heat required for accelerated curing. There is no disruption of the production process. The system is also equipped with fully automated valves.
CONVECT-AIR®
Controlled heat addition and constant air circulation suited for higher temperature curing and drying. The system was specially developed for use at high temperatures. It is particularly suited to precast concrete products with a high water-cement ration that require little moisture.
